Order Entry Module
Sales Focus Order Entry gives you the ease of Microsoft Windows point & click features,
while harnessing your IBM iSeries eServer's power. Working in conjunction with the powerful
Inventory Viewer, Order Entry enables you to simply
drag and drop an inventory item
directly to an order, or even start a new order. This makes Sales Focus an invaluable tool for salespeople.
With
Order Entry, you can:
- Create new orders
- View or change existing orders
- View shipping/scheduling information
In this instance, we drilled down to the order view from the
Inventory Viewer, and simply
double-clicked to view the order. It is also possible to double click the body of the order to
bring up the
Inventory Viewer. Then, you can simply drag the item onto the new order and
automatically update both inventory and sales.
